Maintenance Lead Hand

Qualifications:
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and wet weather
• Ability to perform hard labour is required
• Clean Class 5 with driver’s abstract is required
• Strong communication skills are required
• Landscape exp. an asset

Start Date: Immediately – Rate of Pay Maintenance Tech: $14.00 to $15.00 per hr. – dependent on experience

Maintenance Tech

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years Landscape Maintenance experience is required
• Strong Plant Identification is required
• Ability to perform hard labour is required
• Clean Class 5 with driver’s abstract is required
• Strong communication skills are required
• Horticultural Technician/Apprenticeship Certification is an asset
Start Date: Immediately – Rate of Pay Lead Hand: $16.00 to $19.00 per hr. – dependent on experience

Snow Removal (seasonal)

We hold residential, strata and commercial contracts for snow removal and are looking for self starters with their own equipment to be on call for the snow season.

Responsible for the safe and productive operation of trucks and skid steers for the purpose of controlling snow and ice accumulations. Snowplow operators are expected to be available 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week at any time a snow or ice event occurs on their sites.

Operators are also responsible for excellent record keeping of their work including accurate times, dates, equipment inspections, site/service logs, and weather reporting
